Pink Floral and Crystal Bracelet & Chandelier Earrings

This bracelet is made up of lovely metal floral components with beads to compliment the greens and pink.  It is like yesterday's design in amber.  I have one more set of metal components.  However, they are slightly different and will be done in green/silver with crystal accents.  Perhaps tomorrow!  But - it's my wedding anniversary - 41 years!  So, we'll see if I get any jewelry made tomorrow.  I hope you like these floral slider designs.  Have a good week.  Blessings,  Anita

SUNFLOWERS, CRYSTAL, AND AMBER

I recently went bead shopping in Middlefield, OH at Country Art & Jewelry and found some lovely metal floral components.  I bought three sets and this is the first set I have worked on.  With Fall in the air, it seemed the best place to start.  I purchased some Swarovski crystals to match the crystal in the components, but didn't care for the crystals alone.  I had recently placed an order with  http://www.magpiegemstones.com/ and in the order were some beautiful amber beads.  I interspersed them with the crystal and am so excited with the results!  It was a perfect combination and definitely reflects the season.  Have a wonderful week.  Blessings, Anita

Please Help Wireworkers!

I spent many hours on this bracelet and although I think it looks nice, it does not "wear" on the arm very well.  It's too floppy and and just hangs in a clump....so I am asking for YOUR FEEDBACK please.  My original idea was nothing like the end result, and it evolved as I created.  I really want your honest opinion on a way to improve the design!  I've thought about adding a wire bar across and through the links about 1" apart.  And I've thought about taking it all apart and making separate bracelets.   Another idea was to take off each band of links and weave them together, incorporating the beads down the middle.  Then I would be eliminating the starting bars at each completely and would have to come up with an alternative.  I am a muddle of thoughts!  (did I just make up a word - muddle?)  I would love your feedback and help!  Thank you!  Anita

Egyptian Coil Watch in Jeweler's Bronze

Today I worked on another watch with an Egyptian coil band and hook closure.  I also created an Egyptian link bracelet and embellished it with some natural stone beads and Czech glass beads.  I did make this one up on my own, but that's not to say it's never been tried by anyone else!  But unless I hear otherwise, I will call it my own custom Egyptian Link Bracelet in jeweler's bronze.  Thanks for looking and have a safe and happy Labor Day weekend!  Anita
